Gary is a Senior Tax Consultant at Croner Taxwise. His career in tax goes back forty years. After ten years’ service, he left the Inland Revenue as an Inspector of Taxes to go into practice specialising in defending clients who are the subject of a tax investigation. He has worked for major accountancy firms including Smith & Williamson in London and PWC in Manchester where he was a senior manager. He has been a consultant with Croner Tax and its predecessor companies since 2001 and specialises in Self Assessment enquiries and COP9 suspected serious fraud cases.
