Zoe has recently been qualified to CIPD Level 7 award in Employment Law with 15 years’ practical experience on all aspects of employee relations and HR in various industries, including manufacturing, service and education sector. Zoe has chaired and provided guidance on many complex formal processes including, but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, settlement and medical capability. Whilst working within the Peninsula Group, Zoe has exceeded herself within various departments, namely internal HR to support the Senior Management Team, within the High Risk specialist team and more recently working closely with partnerships providing commercially focussed and legally compliant advice on all aspects of employment law.
