After obtaining an undergraduate degree in business & politics and developing his skills working in recruitment, Russell returned to university to study towards an MSc in human resource management and became and associate member of the CIPD – level 7. Russell picked up a lot of theoretical knowledge whilst studying towards his MSc in Human Resource Management. He then began applying his knowledge in a practical sense by advising businesses across the UK on all aspects of Employment Law, namely, conduct/capability, Payroll, TUPE, Recruitment and employment documentation. Russell takes a proactive approach to advising, ensuring any risks are properly considered and managed. Russell also has extensive experience drafting and critiquing employment documentation including but not limited to statement of main terms, employee handbooks, and internal policies.
