Possessing both a law degree and CIPD Level 7 in employment law, Jake has had extensive experience within employment law and HR over the past 20 years, working in both Australia and the UK. He has worked in both public and private sector roles, working both internally and, more recently with Peninsula, in a consultancy role. Jake has had particular experience in the employment tribunal system, working in both conciliation and advocacy roles, and has had extensive experience working with individual clients in assisting them to manage their employment law and HR matters, and ensuring that any associated risks are identified and managed accordingly.
