He has worked in both public and private sector roles, working both internally and, more recently with Peninsula, in a consultancy role. Jake has had particular experience in the employment tribunal system, working in both conciliation and advocacy roles, and has had extensive experience working with individual clients in assisting them to manage their employment law and HR matters, and ensuring that any associated risks are identified and managed accordingly.
